PONTIAC. POWER. It all started in the late 50's with the introduction of the Wide Track Pontiac. With legendary engines like the Super Duty and cars like the GTO, Pontiac had the rest of the Automotive Industry on the run. Firebird's and GTO's are the main focus of this page (mainly because there is much more info available.) but through the help of the internet community, more information will be posted. There have been many updates, so come on in and take a look around. You will find many useful (I hope) features here such as: Option Codes, History, Number Crunching and other facts. I will be adding some new features too. New additions include the PontiacPower.Net Forum. The Classifieds section will soon be merged into the message board. And updates to the Spotter's Guide to include the Special Edition Trans Ams . Also be sure the check out the PontiacPower.Net Virtual Junkyard for pictures of the Pontiac's that have seen better days. And lastly a new section for decoding all of those engine, heads, intake, etc. Casting and Codes numbers. If you have any facts, codes, pictures, etc. Let me know. I really do like hearing from everyone. Send me any good Pictures or Links of Pontiac's or any other info that might be useful and I'll post them here, please let me know! Be Sure to check this page often, So you won't miss any changes.

The current project in the pole barn is a 1977 Trans Am SE. Be sure to check out the restoration progress. There is a lot of work to do but I hope to get started now that the weather is getting warm.

For daily use we have a 1998 Daytona 500 Grand Prix This is a great car. With 14 sec. quarter mile times and 30+ MPG on the highway, it is very hard combination to beat. Add to the fact that it is a pace car edition with only 1,500 made, this just may be the kind of cars we will be restoring 30 years from now.
